You could use uh... some bleeding mannequin heads (you can retouch them to make them seem like real heads) or some of the other parts scattered by your feet. then pose all you like to make you seem that you murdered them... or pose all you like to make you seem that you are afraid of what you have done... or maybe you can look as if you're demented while laughing ??
